Biography

Adina Steiman is a food editor and freelance writer based in New York and Philadelphia. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she was previously a cookbook editor at a division of Random House. She writes frequently on food for the New York Sun, including a column on cookbooks. Her first cookbook, published April 2007 by Running Press, is called "The Good, the Bad, and the Yummy".
